The hotel rooms are clean but require a little maintenance with occasional rust spots. They are comfortable, but don't live up to the main hotel standards. The service is fantastic with attentive staff, especially the young lady at check-in. The location is great for university visits and events around Loughborough, although a bit soulless. The dining experience offers varied choices and cooked-to-order options. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money, especially for business visits to the uni campus.
The hotel's rooms were good, clean, and bright with all basic essentials expected, but could have been a bit cleaner. It was extremely hot throughout the stay, requiring desk fans to be on all night. One fan did not work correctly, and cleanliness fell below the standards for a 4-star hotel. The car park was convenient.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean, providing us with extra seating space. However, the rooms in the annex building were not as good as the main building, a bit noisy with a clunky heating system. The warmth was satisfying, although the fan was a nice touch.
